SHEEP RICOTTA CREAM WITHOUT LACTOSE WITH SAFFRON

Ingredients

4 people
  • Fresh Lactose-Free Ricotta 300 g
  • Nasco Half a glass
  • Icing sugar 75 g
  • Fresh cream to be whipped 125 g
  • Saffron 10 g

Method

The ingredients to make the sheep ricotta cream must be very cold.

In a bowl, put the Sheep Ricotta, nasco, icing sugar, fresh cream to be whipped and saffron.

With the electric whisks, or even by hand, whip the ingredients well until you get a soft but composed cream.

Transfer the ricotta cream to the spoon into single portion cups and leave them in the fridge until ready to serve.
