It is our new fresh spreadable cheese, which is made from sheep milk of Sardinian pastures, milk cream, rennet and salt. It has a cream-white colour, a delicious smell of milk, a smooth and compact consistency which, when taken with a spoon, becomes almost soft. It has a very fresh and delicate flavour, yet rich and creamy, with a slightly acidic note. The sheep milk cream makes it smooth, creamy and sweetens it.
It is packaged in a closeable 150 grams round tub, always ready for a taste or snack. It is perfect to be enjoyed in a thousand different ways. On a slice of toasted bread, it makes breakfast the first real meal of the day. Spread on crackers, it gives flavour and substance to a snack. It can accompany fresh vegetables or fruit, enrich a salad or become an ingredient in sweet or savoury recipes. It is a fresh spreadable cheese ideal for making tasty and creamy cheesecakes!
